"I have been extremely pleased with everybody at Exclusive Auto. I started going here about a year ago, and have been back several times. Every time I need them, I feel very secure with what is being done - because it always works exactly like it's supposed to afterwards. But, as a woman, I really appreciate the time they take to explain everything to me so I can understand it, and then they always call a few days later just to make sure everything is working properly and that I'm happy. Until I found Exclusive, I have never felt this way about a car place. I totally recommend them to everyone!"

"We went in to have the little light that was on, that looks like a motor, checked out. I have to say that I have never seen a car repair place so clean. There is a glass wall that lets you see the whole shop from the lobby, and it is as clean as a doctors office!!! They gave me a ride home for the day and fixed the little light thing. I am very impressed. They even called me a couple of days after just to see if everything was working right (and yes it is), and then I even got a hand-written thank you card from them the next week (I ask you, who does this anymore nowadays?) A job very well done!!!"
